+The amenities, it had washing machine, rack to lay your clothes to dry, portable steam iron, it was spotless clean, pan, cooking pots, the works. A whole apartment to your disposal. It was great. Also, Emilia was super kind, helpful and friendly.

“Visita di un giorno e mezzo al centro storico, al lungomare ed ai musei della città”
+B&b dagli arredi moderni, gradevoli e confortevoli. Separato dall'esterno mediante una cancellata ed una porta trasparente coperta da una tenda interna; l'appartamento vanta tutto il necessario per una permanenza, incluso tanto materiale per la cucina e le pulizie, la lavatrice, un ferro da stiro e le grucce. Inoltre, sono presenti un grande divano, un tavolo da cucina, specchi e depliant turistici del territorio. Non mancano due televisori (di cui uno smart) e la rete Wi-Fi gratuita. La camera da letto è situata in un soppalco a cui si accede mediante una scala ed un arco piuttosto basso. Ho gradito moltissimo la raccolta differenziata per organico, plastica e metallo, un'attenzione più che necessaria, ma che purtroppo si trova di rado nelle strutture ricettive. È situato in una zona di passaggio: è comodamente raggiungibile a piedi dal centro cittadino e dalla stazione ferroviaria.
−Trovandosi al pian terreno si sentono i rumori della strada, anche se la camera da letto si affaccia su un cortile interno ed è dal lato opposto rispetto all'ingresso, che quindi arrivano più soffusi. Mancano tapparelle e persiane: le tende potrebbero essere più oscuranti, sia in camera da letto sia nella parte alta della porta trasparente all'ingresso (che è quindi ad altezza della camera da letto priva di porta). Per me la colazione era più che sufficiente, ma altre strutture la offrono più ricca.
