“Great room if you want to be close to the port”

“Close to port and main street”
+Close to both the port and the main street. Easy to enter if you have internet connection.
−Noisy area and the blind was broken so there was a lot of light and noise coming into the apartment. Not great for the family. Only one small lift working as the other is broken. 1001 messages about the tourist tax.

“Ok after we got in”
+Hard to get in. Room was not ready when we arrived. Luckily the lady that cleaned arrived and helped us get in. Then she and another lady cleaned while we waited in another room.
−After we got in we stayed in overnight.We weren't sure we would be able to get back in iif we left.

“Lage gut, leider sonst nicht zu empfehlen”
+Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut, Metro in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, Supermarkt direkt im Gebäude und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, vom Balkon Ausblick auf den Hafen mit den imposanten Kreuzfahrtschiffen
−- Gepäckaufbewahrung nur gegen Gebühr (5€ pro Gepäckstück) im Vorraum (unbeaufsichtigt) möglich - Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen schlecht, Staub auf den Möbeln, Tische waren nicht gewischt, ausgeprägter Schimmelbefall in der Dusche, Bettwäsche war mit vielen Haaren, Flusen und Brösel versehen - Rollläden nicht funktionstüchtig / kaputt - Dusche war ausgestattet mit einem Regenduschkopf, der jedoch keinen Anschluss hatte, und einer Handbrause, die am Schlauchansatz massiv undicht und daher kaum benutzbar war, alle Armaturen sehr verkalkt, besonders der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken - Badezimmer insgesamt schlecht gereinigt, Klomuschel außen mit Gebrauchsspuren, Spritzer an den Fliesen - Im Stockbett gab es für beide Kinder keine Kissen, zwei offensichtlich benutzte Kissen (Schmierer an den Überzügen) befanden sich im Schrank - Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war anfangs problemlos (Einchecken, Gepäckaufbewahrung), bei Beschwerden jedoch keine Reaktion mehr, Kissen für die Kinder wurden immerhin nach zwei Nächten und täglichem Nachfragen frisch bezogen - sehr hellhörig (Straßenlärm, Nachbarzimmer) - Klimaanlage direkt auf das Bett ausgerichtet - Keine Decken, nur dünnes Leintuch zum Zudec

−C’è stata una confusione con la nostra prenotazione. Abbiamo ricevuto un indirizzo diverso rispetto a quello descritto su Booking.com che tra l’altro era sbagliato, il proprietario si era reso conto dell’errore solo quando l’ho chiamato perché non riuscivo a trovare la struttura. quindi abbiamo dovuto fare ben due volte tutto il viaggio a piedi con la valigia. Per chi non riesce a dormire con il rumore dalla strada (come me) consiglio di portarsi i tappi.

+La chambre est propre et bien agencée, accès à la chambre en autonomie, situation géographique proche du port pour embarquer vers les îles
−L'insonorisation!! Nous avons été réveillés toute la nuit par le bruit de la rue. Heureusement que nous sommes restés 1 nuit. Le prix nous a paru cher pour le quartier et l'insonorisation. Quelques odeurs d'égouts. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de café ou thé avec la bouilloire.

+Quando andiamo a Napoli soggiorniamo in questo posto poiché lo riteniamo confacente alle nostre esigenze. Marco è sempre disponibile, check-in facile. Parcheggio e Conad sotto la struttura. Vicino al centro.
