+The apartment is perfect! Everything is clean, tidy, functional and the beds are comfortable. Our flight was early in the morning, they allowed us to leave our luggage immediately after the flight, and we could pick up the key after 2 pm. Communication is great via WhatsApp. When leaving our luggage, we met the lady who cleans the apartments. A wonderful woman who gave us additional trust and assurance that everything was in order. Right next to the building is a wonderful local cafe Bistrò Caffetteria Turturro ~ Dipierro, where we spend our coffee time every morning and ate a perfectly freshly prepared breakfast of our choice. Excellent homemade desserts, scrambled eggs, salads were prepared for us by the great Tina. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

+- very clean place and the bathroom included all amenities: hand soap, shampoo and shower gel bottles were nearly full; quality bathrobes and towels, bidet, blow dryer; - the shared kitchen was also well equipped; - excellent location, near the train station, with supermarkets, bars and very good pizza places in the area; there is a nice view over the train station; - friendly owner, good communication over text, check-in instructions were very clear; - the room is well lit with natural light, but also has blinds if you need to oversleep and the mattress was very comfortable; - access to shared balcony/terrace; - big tv on the wall; - small fridge, tea and coffee maker.
−- biggest downside is the poor wall sound proofing; you may hear guests next door and hallway activities; - it gets pretty noisy with the window open because of the outside traffic and trains, but it's silent with the window closed; - the external private bathroom is located across the hallway, so it's a bit inconvenient; - the room could use a coffee table and chairs, there is enough space; instead there are 2 tables in the hallway that I think are rarely used due to bad placement; - a coat hanger would be useful at the door; there are hangers in the closet though; - something that did not bother us, but worth mentioning: the washing machine in the shared kitchen can only be used for a fee.

+Loved my stay here - the room was lovely and the bed was super comfy! Private bathroom (which was across the hall - but no issues), lovely calming decor & a really responsive & friendly host. Great area for Bari train / bus station - only a few minute walk.
−As a female solo traveller the location felt a little bit sketchy (mostly just at night), the property itself though was really really lovely and of course not their fault - just something to consider.
