“This is a very good accommodation experience.”
+This hotel is located in a residential area. The environment is very quiet. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the railway station. There are two supermarkets not far from the hotel. You can buy goods in about eight minutes. The internal facilities of the hotel are relatively complete and the staff is also friendly.

“Rather Dissapointing.”
−I booked the same room type as my friend, for the same dates, and was charged twice as much as her. My bathroom also smelled really bad. The furniture in the rooms looked like it was about to fall apart. As a woman walking back to the hotel especially at night from the train station was quite scary.

“I only stayed a night, and for its purpose, was perfect.”
+It was quiet and clean!
−The shower was so small I could barely bend over and wash my feet, let alone extend my elbows to wash my hair! The AC in my room didn’t work, it was just a fan circulating the same hot air.

“OK for one night stay”
+The staff were polite and professional. They kindly stored my suitcase for several hours after checkout. The location is good, as it is close to public transport. The area is quiet and safe.
−The room was simple, but I didn't expect much when I booked it. The shower cubicle was small, making it difficult to wash my feet.

“Welcoming and comfortable stay here at value for money.”
+Very clean and welcoming. Our room was ready when we arrived. Beds very comfortable and all bedding and towels exceptionally clean. It’s on the 53E bus route so frequently daily service to Venice, they will hold ur bags for you if you arrive early and also if you are leaving late. If you are flying in I would advise getting the No5 Bus from the airport to Venice and then the 53E mark the bus stop on Google maps so you know where to get off.
−I didn’t have any complaints about the property.

Recomendo.
