+Really nice interior, amazing view on the lake, fully and really diverse breakfast. With such big breakfast, you would not crave for lunch. All products local and fresh. Special highlight - Russian saun on site that can be reserved for your group only for 1,5 h.

“Magnificent location by the lake”
+Fantastic location by the lake with its own beach. Very spacious and clean rooms/bungalows. Checkout until 12:00 so we could enjoy the morning by the lake

“Right on the lakefront”
+Lakefront location was beautiful. Fresh trout for dinner was superb. Chalet was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast in our room was convenient as we needed an early start.
−Road in and buildings around it were surprisingly bad. No signage even on the front gate.

“Très beau !”
+La très belle vue, l’accueil très chaleureux des hôtes (Karina notamment, le monsieur qui ouvre et ferme le portail toujours souriant) et le petit-déjeuner servi directement dans le bungalow avec des produits locaux (fromage). Il y a une bouilloire, un frigo, télé, gel douche et même brosse à dents et coton tige.
−Malheureusement la wifi ne fonctionne pas du tout, l’insonorisation phonique entre les bungalows pourrait être améliorée. (On entend la conversation des voisins le soir…) Attention à la route pour arriver qui est peu pratique mais les hôtes n’y sont pour rien.

+Мы уже несколько раз останавливались в All Seasons Sevan, и мне искренне хочется поделиться тем, что каждый раз возвращает нас сюда. Здесь нет пятизвёздочного отеля с роскошным зданием, большим SPA-комплексом или шикарной администрацией. Но мы приезжаем сюда совсем за другим , и именно в этом, на мой взгляд, заключается особое очарование этого места. Здесь удивительные деревянные бунгало, внутри которых тепло и уютно, есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха, а из окон открывается потрясающий вид на озеро Севан. В разное время суток оно окрашивается в разные оттенки, а на рассвете становится особенно прекрасным. Вечером мы любим сидеть у тёплого костра под открытым небом, слушать тишину и наслаждаться моментом. Здесь действительно тихо, спокойно и уютно , вдали от городского шума и суеты дорог. Отдельно хочется отметить кухню: вкусная, домашняя, севанская еда, приготовленная с душой. К тому же здесь не разрешают приносить еду с собой, и, на мой взгляд, это позволяет по-настоящему оценить местную кухню. Искренне рекомендую это место всем, кто ищет не роскошь и внешнюю помпезность, а спокойствие, уют и возможность побыть наедине с природой.

+Прекрасное место! Приехали на один день, в итоге пожалели, что не получилось остаться подольше. Расположение прям у озера. Сотрудники пошли на встречу и мы смогли чуть больше побыть на территории, наслаждаясь видами. Завтрак вкусный и сытный, все туалетные одноразовые средства были в номере. В следующий раз, обязательно снова к вам приедем.
