“Beautiful, comfortable stay in historic Sassari with an exceptional host!”
+The host Alessandro was absolutely outstanding, and his exceptional hospitality was one of the highlights of my stay! From the very beginning, he was incredibly attentive, thoughtful and helpful. He contacted me before my arrival, provided clear self check-in instructions, and went out of his way to explain the parking options, complete with Google Maps links and practical recommendations. Communication was excellent throughout. His dedication became even more apparent when maintenance work caused a water supply interruption affecting the entire neighbourhood for two days. Despite this being completely beyond his control, he kept me informed, apologised for the inconvenience, and made sure the property's backup water tank allowed guests to retain access to water, even if somewhat limited. I was genuinely impressed by how responsibly and thoughtfully he handled the situation. The property itself was equally impressive. Located in a charming part of Sassari's historic centre, just steps from the cathedral, the beautifully renovated building is modern, well maintained and spotlessly clean. −The parking information in the listing could be clearer. Although the property is advertised as offering free parking, there is no dedicated parking space, and finding a suitable free spot nearby can be difficult due to parking restrictions and limited availability. Perhaps it would be more accurate to describe the parking as "nearby street parking available" rather than "free parking," to avoid creating unrealistic expectations. But again, the host was extremely helpful in explaining all the options and even recommended an excellent alternative: Parcheggio Saba Emiciclo G. Garibaldi, a public car park about a ten-minute walk away. It was surprisingly inexpensive, always had spaces available, and was particularly convenient for driving in and out of the city. I ended up parking there throughout my stay. My room was on the third floor, and there is no elevator, so carrying a suitcase upstairs was a bit challenging. I was aware of the lack of an elevator beforehand, but hadn't expected quite so many stairs. A few basic kitchen items, such as a proper coffee cup, a drinking glass, a plate and some cutlery, would also be a welcome addition. Only disposable plastic cups were provided.

“Clean, great location, nice view from balcony.”
+Great location, very close to city center. The view directly to san nicola church. Coffee and some snacks included. The owner was nice and recommended also a very good restaurant and parking lots

“Ótimo custo benefício e perto de tudo”
+A localização é muito boa, perto da estacao ferroviária e num lugar bem seguro e bonito. O quarto é espaçoso e o anfitrião é simpático e disponível.
−As luzes que foram instaladas em três interruptores (dois ao lado da cabeceira da cama e um próximo à porta) iluminam o quarto de tal forma que é impossível dormir se vc nao der um jeito de anula-las (eu usei os travesseiros reserva). As toalhas Tb estavam com cheiro de mofo.

+Soggiorno molto piacevole! Camera spaziosa, pulita e accogliente. La struttura è ben curata e abbiamo trascorso quattro notti davvero bene. Esperienza complessivamente molto positiva.

+Odlična lokacija, staro mestno jedro, znamenitosti, železniška in avtobusna postaja nekaj minut hoje stran. Gostoljuben in odziven lastnik. Soba in kopalnica čisti, urejeni, dišeči. Vlage ni čutiti, kljub temu da je soba v pritličju hiše, ki je povezana z ostalimi zgradbami ter v ozki ulici.
