“3 days of exploring the area”
+Tranquil location outside Ubud centre
−Just a couple of minor things - no headboard so I couldn’t sit up and have my morning tea in bed comfortably And always need more hooks in bedroom

“Nice, relaxing, fantastic environment”
+Great swimming pool, environment
−Next door neighbour smoking all the time on the balcony. And we could hear eberything from the adjacent room. Not much privacy.

“Wonderful, relaxing stay, we felt at home!”
+Our stay at Alila Ubud was wonderful, definitely worth the visit! Everyone is so friendly and professional, especially Suarni from the reception and Nyoman, who picked us up from the airport (with a very nice and comfortable car, complimentary refreshing towel, water and cookies). The hotel is located in the jungle with nice views from every corner, especially the swimming pool. The food was delicious with a lot of variation. The room was very big and luxurious. There are so many activities you can do and there is a complimentary shuttle service to the city center. We really felt at home! Must stay ❤️
−Only good things!

“The staff and service exceptional and so sweet”
+The jungle location, views and jungle infinity pool outstanding, a truly breathtaking destination nicely outside busy Ubud but close enough to visit
−We stayed in a standard room which was in need of an update and better lighting. The villas look nice but were not available at booking. The pool bar menu could be better quality and the pool WC’s really need an update

“Amazing. A relaxing jungle retreat. Very welcoming!”
+The property is in a beautiful location surrounded by lush jungle and felt safe, warm and welcoming. Our pool villa was very well appointed with everything my wife and I and our two young daughters needed. The amenities are excellent. There is a lovely gift shop, convenient gym and spa, and fabulous infinite horizon pool. The staff attended our every need. I would highly recommend this resort for a relaxing escape.
−Nothing.

“Un paraíso en medio de la naturaleza de Bali.”
+Lo mejor del lugar es su personal. Están pendientes de sus huéspedes todo el tiempo, y ofrecen todo el soporte que uno necesita, sobre todo cuando no la está pasando bien por temas de salud. La comida es maravillosa, y también la zona de la piscina es increíble. La habitación es cómoda, aireada, iluminada y amplia. El hotel es una delicia y está ubicado en un lugar bellísimo.
−No hay nada que no me haya gustado.
