“Disappointing”
−Room condition - king room was good however the Queen cottage was not good. The floor was damaged, wallpaper was peeled off by the bed, the water sounded like a flock of geese - really should not have been rented out.

“Budget plaice for one night stay”
+The room had a nice lake view. The facility has a good location, close to hiking trails and waterfalls.
−The bed was old and uncomfortable, The bedding sheets and blanket were not fresh and had dirty spots. The AC was noisy and heating was uncontrollable. Online, the facility was advertised as a resort, in reality it is just a motel.

“Disappointed with our stay and having to drive for every meal. The location is great though.”
+The bed was comfortable and bedding clean. It had outside sitting area which was nice.
−We had booked it because they advertise a restaurant on site and show pictures. Reception said it was closed for the season as it was early October. We found out it hasn't been opened for years. Exterior of buildings and grounds are run down and in need of repairs, weeds, old faded decorations etc.

“Decent enough”
+The price I paid is for the location I guess. I booked the lakeview two bedroom cottage as well as a lakeview family room for our stay. The cottage was big and spacious enough for our three children to play around and 5 adults to hang out without being congested. The only downside was the cleanliness. There were cobwebs along the windows everywhere, the utensils provided were not washed well. The cutlery had a slight eggy smell. We had carried most of the things so we were okay. Anything we had to use, we washed before using. The bathroom was clean and decent. The rooms were decent. We hadn’t gone in with a lot of expectations anyway so we weren’t thrown off. All in all, we had fun. If you’re looking for a place to spend the evening while you explore the park throughout the day,I would say go for it.

“Avoid at all costs”
+Nothing, after viewing the room ans grounds we left. Looking for a refund
−Everything- appalling place, looks like nothing has been done with the place for years. NOT as appeared in Booking.com photos. Overgrown, pealing paint, dirty, broken furniture, mold in the microwave.
