+The location is fantastic. The views are excellent. Has a beautiful beach. Big patio doors with a great View. Lots of windows in the room.
−The window in the bathroom didn't work too well and there were a few other maintenance items like part of the Heat board on the radiant heat was apart and there was part of the curtain hanging

“We did enjoy our stay. We have been coming to Algoma Beach for years it is time for som”
+I did not see any breakfast.
−We could not open the window in our room and the outlet by the sink was blown. The bath towels are small.

+Location was great, right on the beach, hot water functioning AC
−Cob webs, light switches that didn't work, light bulbs missing, cigarette butts and broken glass scattered throughout the beach area, and outside the door.

“Older quaint hotel in a small town right on the Lake Michigan beach.”
+It was a quaint older hotel, reminiscent of my childhood. We were right on the beach in Algoma, and for the view alone, I would go there again. Sunrises were breath taking. There were fire pits, with wood available for purchase, and many travelers utililzed this option. We slept with the window open slightly to hear the waves on the lake. The room was very clean, ( several things could use repair) and the bed was very comfortable. Shower was good, with plenty of hot water. excellent bakery in town. Nice city beach with a breakwall to walk on
−The room was pretty bare boned. I think the room should have provided a hair dryer, and cups. nothing there to take pills with. Towels were thin They advertised sweet rolls and juice, but nothing was provided. (There was a coffee machine available in the office 24/7)

+We liked that our motel was on the outskirts of Door County, not very busy. The view of Lake Michigan from our balcony was superb and even got to do some rock hunting. The sunsets across the road were beautiful! Location and price were great!! We loved the Lake Michigan shoreline with it's rustic curvy roads. Cave Point was a really cool place! Only made it to Sister Bay on the bay side, but was far more touristy, so don't feel we missed out on much!! This part of Wisconsin was beautiful with all it's rolling farmland and undeveloped countryside!! Loved It!!

“Beautiful location of you want to be close to the beach!”
+It's Ali about the location!! Room was clean enough. I expect the halls to show sand because of the beach. Outside seating and fire pits was a great bonus.
−Rooms could use upgrades

“Adequate and close to the event we were in town for.”
+There as no breakfast. Facility is in sore need of upkeep! Dead tree blocking our view of Lake Michigan. Doors don’t fit well and stick. Woodwork is beat up, parking lot entrance is terrible! Communication is not clear as to which rooms are walk out to the lake. Windows not clean, towels thin, bathrooms outdated. No maintenance is being done.
