“it's okay, wouldn't recommend though”
−Review is for doubleroom: left side of the bed is crooked, left sideboard is loose. Not too clean, lots of hair on the floor and few ones were found on the bed. Room is extremely small together with really small toilet such that I can't sit down easily on the toilet seat. One suggestion: Providing instructions beforehand how to enter the property, as there is no sign of the guesthouse in front of the building.

“Very good value for money, if you get the right room”
+The owner was very kind and responsive. She moved me from a first, very small room, to a much better one. She said the small room was for 1 person only, but, if I can suggest, in this case I would put a smaller bed, to make more space in the room.
−For the first night I was given a very small room, with a super-minimal toilet. Later the owner moved me to a very spacious room, with a much more comfortable toilet.

“Ok-Room with AC but rather noisy with mould in the bathroom”
+The airconditioning was working very well which was a relief in summer. The apartment was not far from the promenade leading to the centre of Alghero and it was nice to walk the promenade in the evening, visiting the beautiful city centre.
−The room was situated on a street that didn't look superbusy, but eventually turned out to be unpleasantly loud. At night there was very loud talking - seemingly from one of the balconies nearby. And in the very early morning there seemed to be permanent traffic of all kinds of street cleaners that make you feel as if you were sleeping right there on the pavement. The bed was super cheap and uncomfortable. While the bathroom seems to be partly fancy one cannot overlook that one top corner of the bathroom was all over covered in black mould...which gives you health concerns. We chose to close the door to the bedroom overnight. It was not such a pleasant stay overall, mainly because of the permanent noise on the street right outside.

“Graziosa stanza in S.Agostino”
+Stanza molto confortevole, cucina in condivisione molto spaziosa e accessoriata
−Purtroppo non silenziosa. Stanza al primo piano sulla strada, con chiacchiericcio dei locals esattamente sotto la finestra, al mattino presto. La mia in particolare attaccata all'ingresso con inevitabili rumori dei check out mattutini.

+L'unica cosa che mi ha soddisfatto è che non c'era rumore si sono rispettati gli orari del silenzio. Dietro la testata del letto ci sono dei quadri dove non è possibile appoggiare la testa basta alzarla in alto è tutto si risolve direi scomodo. Troppo alto il prezzo per un ambiente poco soddisfacente.
−Non mi è piaciuto la mancanza di pulizia dell'ambiente sia nelle parti comuni che nella stanza e riguardo alla colazione alcuni prodotti per la colazione scaduti. Nonostante la proprietaria è stata disponibile nel farmi lasciare due ore in più le valigie.

+L’emplacement dans le centre est super, pas trop bruyant le soir mais un peu plus le matin.
−Le matelas qui est malheureusement très dur et la douche qui est devenu rapidement froide.
