“Overall a very comfortable, clean and secure place to stay. Very close to the city.”
+There was no breakfast.
−Having a second set of keys would have been helpful.

+Arrived late at night and left early in the morning so didn't see anyone. Key left out for me, very comfy room was fine for the night. Parking was an issue with a campervan and loads of stairs going to my room, top floor. Overall very good.
−Fine for what I booked

“Lovely clean good value guest house.”
+Easy check in and out, nice single ensuite room, great shower and ample coffee/ tea. Quiet room at the back. Bus stop outside into town. Lovely wall paper and view from the window. Just what I needed at an affordable price.
−Nothing really, I didn't see any staff other than the house keeping lady that woke me up at 9h30 on Sunday. I'd had a late night on Saturday so slept in. She was very pleasant. The rest of the time they came later in the day after I'd gone out. So can't really comment on service beyond good house keeping!

+Clean and good location. Had everything I needed.
−Like the whole of Edinburgh - lovely but expensive, if we're completely honest.

“Come sentirsi a casa”
+Tutto meraviglioso! Cercavamo una struttura tipica inglese e l’abbiamo trovata! Ci siamo trovati benissimo, stanza pulita, silenziosa, letto comodissimo e bagno super!

“Príjemné a čisté ubytovanie s dobrou dostupnosťou do centra.”
+Pobyt sme si užili a boli sme spokojní.
