“Small and convenient”
+Great location. Friendly host. Comfortable bed.
−No kettle to boil water and the stove didn't seem to work. Need to pay extra for A/C and baggage keeping after check out.

−They charge additional for ac which felt wrong. There was a lot of street noise. The pillows were too high to be comfortable. Had a difficult time sleeping here.

“Good place in the very heart of Naples”
+Excellent apartment location, close to everything - the station, the port, the old town, restaurants, shops. The apartment is very modern, very tidy and clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hostess is very businesslike and specific, ready to help with any questions. Very large comfortable bed. We stayed there for a week, and once the apartment was cleaned and the towels were changed (this was included in the total price and was very convenient). The apartment can accommodate three people; there is an extra bed, but the apartment is really small, so it is definitely more comfortable for two people.
−Please read the apartment description carefully. It turns out there is a €5/day surcharge for using the air conditioner, which I hadn't noticed (my oversight, I admit!). However, in a modern apartment in southern Italy during the hot summer months, I believe air conditioning should be part of the basic package, not offered as an extra. No street noise is heard inside the apartment, which is a big plus; however, sounds from the stairway within the building , especially the very loud exterior doors , are clearly audible. That said, the building is small with few residents, so the noise is occasional and not overly disruptive.

+Close to train station, self laundry service and supermarket. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was very good. Host was very helpful.
−Advertised with having air con but this was an extra daily charge. Better to have it included in room price.

+Süßes Studio, zentral gelegen, alles da was man für 2 Nächte braucht. Nette Gastgeberin! Gepäckaufbewahrung gegen kleinen Aufpreis möglich.
−Da unser Flug erst spät ankam mussten wir eine Late-Check-In Fee zahlen. Das stand bei der Buchung nicht so konkret dabei, wäre aber eine gute Info gewesen.

+Antonella gentilissima e disponibile, appartamento piccolo ma confortevole e dotato del necessario. A pochissima distanza dai punti salienti della parte "vecchia" di Napoli e dalla metro. Vicino a due supermercati e alla stazione. Consigliatissimo!
−Unico neo che NON dipende dalla struttura: la zona purtroppo non è delle migliori, non dà molta sicurezza...
