+The only good thing about the property is the amazing view and the friendly staff at the bar. The rest is a disaster, it is my 5th time at this hotel. But this time it is my last. It has downgraded so badly. I had a cocroach crawling in my room ( 2nd floor) the best room they have with pananoramic view. The owner's awnser was I have insects in my house two it is normal. Insane! Not to mention that the insect was crawling next to my toddler's crib. The air condition machine was dripping water all night all day. I told the manager after a few hours she told me we fixed it. It was amazingly fixed it was no longer dripping but rather pouring water like a river. I had to put all the towels on the floor to retain the water. I was shocked and dissapointed by the indefference of the manager to all of this. I did not even get an "excuse us" note for paying for a defected room. Anyway last time at that place.
