+great location. Very nice owner, who answered all questions. Nice and clean room.
−we were visiting in December. The rooms were quite cold, and the air conditioner didn't provide enough heat. Although coffe was provided, it would be also nice to have cream and tea.

“Great affordable room close to centro”
+Great location close to sassi, clean room, affordable price. Nicola was fantastic. He helped us get bus tickets and brought a kettle as we drink tea. it was close to everything. Matera is a beautiful town.

“Amazing accomodation near city centre”
+The room was very small but cozy, for my needs it was completly enough. There was everything what necessary, clean towels, air condition, coffee, hair dryer, small fridge or even tv. It shocked me how near the city centre was. Easy contact with the owner of the apartment. Highly recommended, especially for short trips. :)

“squeaky clean, walking distance from the station, and a super responsive host.”
+nicola is a responsive host. he communicated with us ahead of time. sent us detailed instructions and even recs for matera. location is great. walking distance from the station. place is sparkling clean!
−nothing dramatic to complain about, but the neighbor was a little too loud during the night. i think enforcing quiet hours would be helpful.

“Close to the heart of Matera”
+We liked that it was a short and attractive walk to the heart of Matera. There were also plenty of nice bars and restaurants nearby. We liked that Nicola, the host, tried very hard to accommodate our needs when there had been a mix-up with our booking. He helped us to move to a bigger room on day 2, and he even bought us a kettle.
−Unfortunately the beds in the second room we moved to were impossibly narrow. The showers in both rooms were microscopic - a large person would not fit into them.

+location is good - 10/15min by walk to the centre.
−Floor was dirty, but once i reach the owner and told him he cleaned it a day after. also shower was very small it was very difficult to wash 1 yr old baby
