“Save yourself the headache”

−Rude staff. The bin wasn't emptied in my private room. You have to go outside in the pouring rain and lightning to use the toilet or kitchen. Washing machine didn't work. They tell you one price and it's actually another. Outside the front door in the day are homeless people selling things. At night the street is empty except homeless people, so it doesn't feel safe. But mostly the rude and unprofessional staff.

−Rude and difficult staff. I paid for a private room and they then charged me extra for by friend to collect my bags so that I wouldn't have to take heavy bags onto my Amazon tour. Apparently, someone entering my private room for about a minute is a security risk so they demanded more money. I wouldn't recommend this place at all, unfortunately. Moreover, the washing machine they advertise is broken. You have to go out in the pouring rain to use the toilet or kitchen. Lots of issues but the rudeness and difficult staff is too much

“Terrible”
+Probably the only good thing about this hotel is the location, and communication before arrival. Coffee at breakfast was ‘t bad.
−The windows don’t really close so the smell of smoke (which is common in Manaus) was noticeable in the room. Breakfast was awful. Some bread with a cold egg that was lying there since hours. The lady preparing it was very unfriendly (even though I speak Portuguese). The other staff was friendly but unhelpful. I asked for a sandwich because of a very early check out, the answer was a plain no. A guy working there had a friend over and they were chatting aloud after 23h. On another occasion there was banging of something at 6h45 in the morning. I had a private room. The building is super old so you will hear ever. The room is also right at the hall were everybody passes. There are many other options that are way cheaper too.

+Ho adorato questo ostello per quanto era autentico, caratteristico mi ha affascinato molto ci tornerei sicuramente perché ti fa sentire in un altro epoca, non è moderno ma è proprio questo il bello ha tutto il necessario.. colazione buona mi hanno preparato un piattino con pane uova prosciutto e un pezzo di torta ho adorato tutto

+Localização, quarto apenas para mulheres, local para estender as roupas, da cama privativa e disponibilidade do ar condicionado.
−O hostel não contava com questões básicas como toalha de mão, sabonete para lavar as mãos. A cozinha comum precisa de melhor higienização e troca de utensílios. Ao chegar de madrugada demorou para abrir a porta e me senti insegura. Não havia água disponível para beber durante boa parte dos dias e os banheiros comuns precisam passar por revisão. É interessante informar que não há serviço de cozinha para outras refeições além do café da manhã.
