“I would never stay there if I had known it didn’t look like the photos”
+There was no breakfast. There was coffee which was good. The place was swept, mopped and dusted. Clean bathrooms and kitchen.
−Place was not easy to navigate with luggage. U had to guess who to talk to and what door to go to. Rooms are rundown and loud. Doors to balcony let in a lot of noise and some cold air. Ppl open your door without knocking or knock and laugh. It says luxury apartments but it looks like a hostal. Hair all over the blankets and sheets.

+The location for milano centrale and the comfy bed were the good points.
−There were 5 sockets in the room and only one worked. There was an extension cable plugged into it for the television which was at the other end of the room. That extension cable had the ariel and the socket for the television plugged into it so taking either one out meant not being able to use the television. Couldn't have a lamp on at night and the switch to the light in my room was outside the room. I was cold at night and the radiator didn't get very hot and the air-conditioning wasn't working so couldn't use that for heat either. They shouldn't be making people pay for that room when guests cant use it the same way other rooms can be used. Then on top of that, I bought lots of vegan food to take home because it's hard to come by where I'm living and that was stolen out of the communal fridge.
