10.0+Staff were very friendly and helpful. I forgot my charger for my phone and they went above and beyond to help me .Room was clean and had everything I needed.
−The only thing I could say wasnt good was the street noise outside which was due to the window .

9.0“Reasonably priced accommodation handy for an event at Sandown.”
+Officially breakfast wasn’t included, but there were plenty of breakfast items (cereal, milk, bread etc) provided in the small communal kitchen, and we were encouraged to help ourselves. Though the crockery / cutlery supply was limited. We managed to stay an extra night when weather discouraged travelling - and the staff were very helpful with our rearrangements - ensuring we could stay on in the same room.
−The room was generally clean enough, but there was the occasional cobweb / spider - and the skirting boards would have benefitted from dusting.

9.0+Excellent price for a last minute work trip. Good location and facilities. Staff were really nice and helpful. Parking right next door to accommodation. Coffee pod machine and decent amount of coffee pods in room very welcome! Small shared kitchen available with fresh milk, great for prepping v light brekkie. Discounted food in pub for guests. Security good.
−V Strong smell of air freshener in room. Possibly covering the smell of a previous guest having smoked in the room? Mattress distinctly softer at head end compared to foot end. I like a firm mattress, so slept other way around on bed and that was fine! I slept well! Mattress probably needs more regular turning to avoid uneven 'wear and tear'

8.0“Nice little place - perfect for a solo traveller.”
+Super clean room and friendly staff. Quiet area away from the main high street but within walking distance to everything in Esher. Slept very well two nights.
−Rooms are a very short walk from the pub and fairly tight stairs. Easy to hear any neighbours coming and going at various times. Bed was overly soft and if I wasn't staying on my own, I'd say the bedroom is quite small - especially given the bathroom area was bigger but just contained a shower. Small sink was not very functional. A stand alone fan in the room (couldn't open the windows) was good but as before - the room was rather small already. Might seem negative but I've still given an 8/10 overall and would return.
