“Nice stay. Will definitely book again in the future.”
+It was right by the main road and 6-7 mins drive from Limone Piemonte. The gentleman running the property only speaks Italian and not English, but he was terribly helpful none-the-less. The heater in the room and bathroom were turned on prior to our arrival, so that was a big help from the cold winter. We had a nice little balcony overlooking the main street.
−The bed cover smelled of cigarette. You can hear the cars passing by downstairs and the next door rooms. The church bells were tolling every 30 mins, except after midnight til about 7am. Interior design is a bit outdated but we found that most Italian places to stay are like this.

+It was on our route and available . Check in was advertised very early compared to others.
−Despite advertising check in as 11:30am they messaged to say 1600. The hotel was very dated and the room smelt of cigarette smoke. The shower cubicle was very small and doors were falling apart. It didn't feel particularly welcoming. The garage door where we left our bikes was not locked. It was very over priced for what it was and had we known we would have cycled further up the valley to similar priced hotels with modern facilities. .
