8.0+There is not day time bar/resraurants in the hotel, but plenty of them are just minutes away. The breakfast was good. The tram line stop is 4 min walk away which will take you to all parts of the city.
−The street can be a bit noisy late at night as there are a couple of nightclubs on the street. Noise is manageable with the windows closed and is only noisy on the weekends.

5.0“A slightly disappointing room made up for by the wonderful staff.”
+The Albany is in a great location for the centre of Dublin. The staff are friendly and really helpful. The rooms are very clean.
−There were some basic things I would have expected for the price. A decent shower (it swayed between cold and scalding), a heated towel rail, some decoration on the wide expanse of wall,a safe etc.

7.0“Good location for DCM!”
+We booked this hotel in terms of location to the start line of the Dublin marathon! Location was excellent for that! Their breakfast is exceeded my expectations as it was only continental breakfast! Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times!
−Although the location was great for Dublin marathon start line, if your room is located at the front of the hotel it can be quite noisy! Their breakfast Luas passes by so if you’re a light sleeper this could be tricky!

6.0“Great location, but room for improvement”
+I stayed for one night with my daughter. The location was very central, which was a plus, but overall the stay was a little disappointing. The room could have been cleaner and the bathroom was very small. In the afternoon, while we were trying to rest, staff were moving trolleys with bedding past our window which made it difficult to relax. Breakfast was okay but could be improved. Considering the price, I expected a little more value for money.

8.0“Good location, good hotel, reasonably priced, no facilities other than breakfast ie no way of just getting a coffee or t”
+The location was Perfect for st Stephen’s Green as we were there for marathon. Plenty of pubs restaurants nearby
−We were in a room at the front and can be noisy with tram outside and people going home from pubs/ clubs. Also discounted parking at nearby q parking at St Stephen’s Green was booked up so they couldn’t offer us any discounted parking so that’s a bit of an inconvenience and costly

+My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Albany House very much! Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The staff at breakfast were so nice and kept us well-supplied with coffee! The location is great for walking to many interesting places!
−We had no complaints about anything during our stay.

9.0“Very nicely presented, easy to find, good location, excellent breakfast”
+The property is in a great location within walking distance to the centre of Dublin, easy to find from the airport bus. The breakfast was exceptional for a continental, not matched anywhere else that we stayed. Beautiful cheeses, pastries and hot beverages, super nice.
−Front rooms on the weekend get night club noise until 4am, not the hotels fault. We were sub floor so we got a lot of after noise with patrons on the street after closing. Maybe specify a back room.
