“Great view and location but a hollow apartment inside.”
+This is a nice apartment with a fantastic view overlooking the boulevard next to the water where traditional fishermen tie up their boats and sell their fresh catch to the public each morning. The sunrise was beautiful and there were ever changing views down the coastal strip, and there were numerous cafes, restaurants and bars nearby as well as a supermarket about 150m away. Free parking on nearby roadsides was simple. Overall a great location if one is not too sensitive about street noise. Even though we were only there for 3 days we were provided with a change of towels on the 2nd day which we appreciated but didn’t need or use.
−This is the barest accommodation we have ever experienced in a lifetime of travel, not a single utensil, appliance, or small token of welcome. Everything seemed on the cheap - the sheets were rough and uncomfortable, the towel rail fell to pieces (but was fixed promptly), and the towels were only just adequate. With a small investment in some guest friendly things we would have rated this accommodation much higher, but after a month away from home and experiencing many different stays, we were disappointed that we had to go down into the street for absolutely everything, even a bottle of water. Nothing was there for a quick cup of tea or coffee in the morning, nothing to use to enjoy the balcony and lovely view, not a single glass for a drink or a wine. Not even a bottle opener to enjoy Sardinian wine or beer. So I hope this gives some tips for the owners to spend just little amount of money to invest in some simple things for a big return in satisfaction and enjoyment for future users. Good luck!

“Top, super consigliato!”
+Posizione top, stanza molto ampia dotata di tutto il necessario, molto apprezzate le seggiole con ombrellone per la spiaggia e il phon trovati in stanza! Locale credo di recente ristrutturazione, molto pulito (pulizia a metà soggiorno), e ben arredato! Ci tornerei
−Balcone condiviso, se ci fosse la possibilità metterei un divisorio, e le scale un pochino ripide, ma comunque fattibili!

+Camera confortevole con la splendida vasca idromassaggio. Dalla camera si poteva vedere una splendida alba e il porticciolo carino con il suo movimento mattutino.
