“Lovely hotel with lovely staff, great location.”
+Property was in great location, corner shop in the main road less than 1 min away. Close proximity to the pyramids, you can also see all the pyramids from the rooftop. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very easy to catch Uber to different locations. There was an initial mix up with the rooms which was quickly resolved. The room was clean and comfortable, air conditioning was available which was good seeing as we came during hot months. The property had good communication with us with was reassuring because we were arriving early morning around 3am. Breakfast was nice. The hotel manager also recommended some tours and came with us, he was very informative.
−Nothing.

“Ok but I wouldn't come back”
+Easy to arrive to the pyramids, very generous breakfast with fresh ingredients. Satisfied with the cleanelsess.
−Front rooms very noisy and not really soundproof, we had to request to change room getting 2 single beds instead, they wanted to charge us more but they didn't. Very long waiting time for the breakfast (nearly 1 hour), owner a bit rude wanting us to have breakfast at his convenient time and quiet late (10am), even though the receptionist told us breakfast would be available from 8. He was very nice and friendly only on the last day when he asked to smile for a picture and for a review. We felt a bit uncomfortable overhall by walking in the area and on the street in front, we couldn't have a moment of peace from the vendors.

“Superb”
+Very clean and new, very close to the pyramids.
−You can smell a lot of horse manure. The shower drain is very slow so the water overflows into the bathroom floor.

“A comfortable accommodation short distance from the Giza Pyramids.”
+It’s a clean and tidy accommodation not far from Giza Pyramids. The staff were polite and helpful. It offers a view to Giza Pyramids from the rooftop terrace and a sitting area.
−There was no breakfast served even though it was included in the booking and we were told that’s not possible since due to Ramadan shops were closed during the breakfast time. We needed to take shower and the shower gel were not provided, apart from for the first day of the stay, even though they were included in the booking. We found it difficult to get the Taxi to/from central Cairo to the location. The drivers were simply not willing to go there or would ask for more than double the rate of an Uber ride.
