“It was OK.”
+Breakfast was fine.
−The carpet looked like it needed to be deep cleaned. The showerhead sprayed water thru the shower curtain and therefore outside the tub.

“This is a no hassle stay where you can rest comfortably”
+The room has a smell of old hotels but not an annoying one, and no allergies for me which is a pretty significant bar. Windows can be open for ventilation without AC. The AC itself is reasonable - can cool or heat quickly, not very noisy, switches off for a long time. The room is very spacious and has a decent working desk. The breakfast has all the staples of good motels: sausage, eggs, waffles, toasts, butter/cheese/jam, cereals, coffee, etc
−Many appliances, internal decor is obviously dilapidated with peeling paint, small defects. It might be hard to find parking space in front of your room later at night.

“Nice stay.”
+Very nice gentleman checked us in early and helped us with directions to Main Street. The hotel is close to town. Nice breakfast.
−The outside of the hotel has been updated which is lovely but the rooms really need improvement. The fridge in our room was rusty on the inside. The room was clean but very dated.

“It was what we need and nothing more.”
+Good location, staff was great.
−Breakfast was poor. Building is very aged and worn. I could see light through my room door. It just needs a make over.

+La chambre était grande et confortable. L’hôtel est proche de tout. Le rapport qualité prix était très intéressant.
−L’hôtesse d’accueil rigolait toute seule sans raison.
