+Yessssssss we looooooveeeee this place, it has super beautiful panorama view, the place is clean, the staff is helpful, everything about this villa is great. If you want stay in Kintamani with different view, this place is the best.

+Staying at Alam Nirwana was amazing! The view from the rooms is spectacular! It's an adventure taking the little jeep from the parking lot down the road to the hotel, it's something worth experiencing! We had a nice dinner when we were there, Nasi and Mie Goreng. Rama was a great host and very communicative. His brother was a great driver, we were picked up from the Canngu area and taken to Kintamani. They also organized for us to go up Mt. Batur and go to natural hot springs. Great experience!

+I highly recommend that anyone looking for a magnificent view, peace and serenity, amazing staff and new immaculate rooms come here. The staff could not have been more helpful from getting there i recommend you get them to pick you up, organizing any activities, a simple but delicious Indonesian menu while also giving you space to unwind. If you want a tranquil place to relax and recharge or a spot to discover the area this is it. I will be staying much longer next year.

“Quite bad”
+Beautiful view when there is no fog, easier to reach than other guesthouses on this hill.
−There is no air conditioner in the room, only a fan, which makes it very stuffy to sleep, and it is impossible to keep the door open because of insects, flies, and high humidity. The room itself is quite small, with no furniture to put your belongings on except for one bedside table, so I had to put everything on the floor. There is only one power socket next to the bed, so you have to choose whether to plug in the fan spinning above your head to make it a bit cooler, or a charger, or the kettle, and keep switching them all the time. Just a few meters from the bungalows there are noisy neighbors who like to play music or sing karaoke. Poor Wi‑Fi. The room is quite worn out and dirty; the bathroom was dirty and so were the floors. I couldn’t remove the key from the inside of the door to be able to lock it from the outside, so I had to take my backpack with me every time I went out. The small parking area is not very convenient, and half of it is taken up by someone’s jeep. Overall, it’s a very uncomfortable place, and the view is absolutely not worth it - just like all the other guesthouses on this hill.

“The place is quite literally above the clouds”
+Overall, Alam Nirwana is adequate for a 1-night stay, especially if you’re looking to enjoy nature. The view is absolutely breathtaking and definitely the highlight of the experience. The team managing the place is helpful , they can assist with a basic fireplace setup on chilly days (with an additional fee), which is a nice touch. They also kindly fetched us to the accommodation, as the route is extremely steep and our bike wasn’t able to make it up. One thing to note is the room trade-off. If you choose the better or higher-tier room, you may not get this stunning view as trees partially block the scenery. To enjoy the best view, you’ll need to opt for a cheaper room, but that comes with its own compromise, the room is very small.
−The water heater duration is too short. Only one person could shower comfortably, and by the time my husband wanted to shower, there was no hot water left. This was quite inconvenient.

+Amazing view of the ocean (not the lake!), especially at sunrise. Good hot water, great windows, friendly staff. Kettle in the room.
−Steep access road. No breakfast, and limited options for food. Just space for the bed.

“Best View you can get”
+They offer some food and drinks which is helpful and was delicous. Staff is super friendly. View is awesome.
−Bit more clean and some minor repairs needed. Steep hil to the accomodation but they can Drive you (still a bit tricky for handicaped people)also may not be best for going there by Scooter on your own
