“Disaster”
+We arrived in the middle of the night, but no one was there to check us in, and no clear instructions for how to contact the staff, in spite of their claim of offering 24 hour check in. Eventually we found a member of staff, and he checked us in and gave us our key. The room was not the room we booked - it was much, much smaller. Worse, the room had a very strong odour of feces emanating from the bathroom. Staff refused to change our room and instead sprayed air fresher around the room. I woke repeatedly during the night smelling, tasting the feces in the air. Horrendous experience.

“Her Şeyiyle Harika Bir Otel”
Konaklamamız boyunca her şey beklentilerimizin üzerindeydi.
