“Alaca Suit”
+I stayed at this apartment for two weeks. The apartment manager is very caring, responsive, and friendly, as are the staff members. If anything is needed or if there are any questions, communication is typically conducted directly through WhatsApp. The apartment itself was very clean, spacious, and well equipped with essentials for both short- and long-term stays. The location felt very safe and was easily accessible to surrounding restaurants, supermarkets, and tourist attractions, all within walking distance. The washing machine, hot water, and internet all worked very well during my stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and look forward to staying at the apartment again in the near future.

+I can't say enough good things about our stay here and great value for the price. The host was amazing and provided small extras like drinking water and soap to wash dishes when there wasn't any. We were given a room away from the street which was quieter which was nice when tired.

−The kitchen facilities are enough but if someone wants to cook for more days at once, they definitely will need a bigger pot to cook as the one in the hotel is a smaller one!

“It is budget friendly but not a comfortable stay”
+The host was very responsive to messages and kind. The location of the apartment is a relatively short walk to many attractions. Even though the building is on a very busy street, you don’t hear much of the street noise inside the apartment. They cleaned and provided additional toilet paper if you asked.
−Everything is pretty much falling apart. The kitchen is minimally equipped making it difficult to cook (only one burner on the stove worked, only a wooden spoon for a cooking utensil, no useable cooking knife so you had to use a butter knife to cut meat and vegetables). The WiFi strength was weak and unreliable. The power went out several times, one time for 10 hours during the day time. The mattress was too firm/hard for my liking. You had to hold the shower head when showering. The people above us were very noisy at all hours of the day and night stomping around even after 12am and 2am.

+Останавливались в Alaca Suit в конце декабря , всё супер! Уютно, в номере есть все необходимое. Отличное расположение. Особая благодарность владельцу гостиницы за тёплый приём и заботу , чувствовали себя как дома. Рекомендуем!

“Отличный вариант жилья.”
+Абдула - владелец этих аппартаментов, расположенных на нескольких этажах в одном подъезде, был очень дружелюбен, открыт к общению и помощи. Любезно разрешил мне сделать более ранний заезд и более поздний выезд! Также предложил оставить мои вещи после выезда в его офисе, расположенном в соседнем отеле, где он работает. Вместо двухместных апартов, меня поселил в большие - трёхместные, чему я был очень рад! Шикарное расположение, рядом есть множество кафе, столовых, ресторанов, магазинов. Близко до достопримечательностей и общественного транспорта. Скоростной интернет. Я обязательно остановлюсь у него в следующий раз. Рекомендую этот вариант, как бюджетный цена/качество.
−Следовало бы обратить внимание на уборку номера. Не достаточно кухонной утвари: не было кухонного ножа для нарезки, я его купил и подарил этому номеру, и теперь те, кто будет там жить смогут им пользоваться. Также я купил и подарил новую сковороду, мыльницу для мыла в ванную. Была только одна вилка, две столовых ложки и два столовых ножа, а для троих человек этого явно не достаточно. Тарелок тоже было не достаточно. Также я бы рекомендовал Абдуле комплектовать номер дополнительными полотенцами (было только два банных), одно на пол в душевую, три полотенца для рук в душ, и пару кухонных полотенец.

+Hôtel très bien situé, avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et parfaitement équipée pour un séjour confortable. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, et notre transfert depuis l’aéroport s’est déroulé sans problème. Je recommande vivement ! 👍🏻
