“Exceptional”
+Host was easy to communicate and responsive to whatsapp messages.Self check-in instructions were clear.The room was clean,quiet and comfortable.Location is great.The building is located in a nice neighbourhood.5 minute walk to the train station.There are a lot of restaurants nearby.

+I stayed at AL183 for three nights and was genuinely impressed. I had booked it mainly for its convenient location, without particularly high expectations, but it turned out to be one of the best places I stayed during my trip to Sardinia. The location is excellent, right on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, surrounded by restaurants and cafés and within easy walking distance of the train station. Despite being in such a lively area, the room was remarkably quiet, as its windows faced an inner courtyard. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean and full of character, with a charming vintage-style interior and exposed wooden ceiling beams. The air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was spacious, modern and very comfortable. Another pleasant surprise was the shared refrigerator, which I hadn't expected, along with a small selection of useful items such as glasses and a corkscrew. The self check-in and check-out were extremely easy, with clear instructions and no need to arrange a meeting with the host.
−The only minor drawback was the limited natural light and the rather uninspiring courtyard view, but neither bothered me personally. There is also no elevator, although the room is only one flight of stairs up.

−Non c'era luce e aria naturale, il bagno con il gradino e la doccia su un altro gradino, la scala ripida per accedere all'appartamento.

“Preiswertes, komtortables, sehr gut gelegenes Zimmer”
+Im Zimmer zum Hof war es super ruhig. Betten waren sehr bequem, das einfache, aber sehr geschmackvolle Design hat mir gefallen. Die männliche Reinigungskraft war sehr nett. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte bestens. Einige Häuser weiter gibt es das sehr schöne, nette und preiswerte Frühstückscafé "Taddinanta". Das Haus befindet sich in der abends sehr belebten und schönen Fußgängerzone und ist sehr nah an Bahnhof und Hafen gelegen, ideal für Kurzaufenthalte.
−Das Zimmer zum Hof war ziemlich dunkel.
