“Excellent guesthouse in great location, it had everything we needed for a short break”
+Our room had very good facilities and everything we needed - a private bathroom, a balcony, a fridge and a kettle. The air con was good and there were choices of pillows and spare blankets for the colder months. You have access to a shared kitchen and shared roof terrace which are both well kept. The staff are lovely, they let us check in after we arrived a bit early due to an early flight and were very accommodating. It was only about 12 minutes walk to the tourist centre. You can tell that a lot of time and effort is put into making this a well-presented and comfortable space. Thank you.
−Our only dislike was the bathroom door which was a sliding door rather than on a hinge and it tended to sway about and bang if one of us had to get up in the night. Other than this nothing.

“Fantastic Place”
+I loved it here, was just a short walk to the marina. It was very clean and comfortable and I had everything I needed. Pedro was a fantastic host. I will stay here again if I'm ever back in Faro.

“A Real Gem of a Guesthouse for your perfect stay close to town in Faro”
+The check-in instructions and directions of how to access the property were very clear and simple. My first and most immediate impression was how exceptionally clean the entrance hall, lounge with very comfortable chairs, shared main kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were, as well as the communal spaces on 2 terraces. The large kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need to prepare a full meal with large outdoor dining area to enjoy eating. Fantastic sunbathing on the large well equipped roof terrace with many very comfortable sunbeams and sofas. The location was excellent, large supermarket with cafe a few steps from the front door and an easy 10 minute walk into the old town with many bars, restaurants and shops. The staff were always smiling and happy to help or provide extras. It was excellent value for money and offered so much more than other places at the same price such as:- high quality finish of bathrooms with toiletries, hairdryer and towels, breakfast cereals with milk provided in the fridge, coffee machine and kettle, small fridge and cups in the bedroom itself and the shared kitchen. Thank you for this great stay, I hope to return.
−The bathroom was not en-suite and lack of privacy due to the bedroom window looking directly out onto the downstairs terrace were guests were sitting and relaxing.

+1. Location, 10 minutes far from city centre and 15 minutes far from harbor. 2. Beautiful yard and well-equipped kitchen and cozy and comfortable bed.
−0. Too expensive. It is not worth the price. 1. The shower was broken the toilet paper holder was broken. 2. When we checked in, the door of the room was wide open and key was inside. 3. Hotel owner is rude and not responsible for the requests and problems at all. 4. The door knob of the room entrance door was broken. 5. The frame of door (close to the door lock) was broken. 6. I booked with private bathroom though ended up with shared bathroom with a key assigned to you and your neighbor room. 7. The room was quite packed and small. There is no space even to open your checked bag. 8. The lock of balcony door was broken and it remained open for entire three days although I informed the staff (owner) at the beginning of my stay. 9. The curtain of the balcony was torn. It was like somebody broke the door lock and escaped through the balcony (balcony was on first floor toward the street). 10. Never pay for the breakfast included option. Walk two minutes then you have Pingo Doce with several fresh options meeting all expectations.
