+The location was perfect for our Nan which has mobility issues, pet friendly, clean and tidy in the caravan and the park itself. Plenty of parking and use of two passes
−It needs some shelves or storage in the bathroom for putting you toothbrush and toothpaste, deodorant etc. on. And maybe a couple of coat hooks.

“Perfect location, cosy caravan.”
+Absolutely brilliant little caravan in superb location. Couldn’t have been any closer to fantasy island and all of Ingoldmells amenities if we tried! Great communication from the owners.
−Only downside to the property is the parking. Couldn’t park next to the caravan so unloading and packing the car was a pain. That said it was also a positive as the kids could play outside on the grass without worrying about cars driving by.

“Long weekend”
+Great location amd parking
−The gate on ramp didn't have a catch to keep it open whilst trying to get into caravan. Caravan door couldn't be held open as no catch to do this either so became a problem getting in amd out with everything closing. Difficult to do with a wheelchair. Easy fix to get those sorted other than this lovely stay

+Overall a pleasant stay. Facilities were clean, van was easily located. Beds were comfy. Local spar onsite which is less than a minute walk. Markets and amusements across the road. The beach is a 5 minute walk. Great location
−The site its self could be better maintained, ( not a fault on the owners side) the grassed walkways are extremely uneven, my mobility scooter felt like it was driving on a cheese grater. There could also be a noise policy put in place? Being woken up at 2 am by drunk holidayers is not ideal 🙃

+We had a lovely break in the caravan, lots of space in the living area for a wheelchair ♿️. Super close to the fun park. Bus at the top of the road had a ramp so could hop on and off. We took a fan as we knew it was going to be a hot one. We also took our son on the large bumper cars (the place towards the beach). The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to put the wheelchair next to the bumper to lift him on. We also had fun at the karaoke bar. Overall, it's a great local , I would recommend.
−I knew that the hallway to the bedroom would be too narrow for a wheelchair so we used the sling and two person lift. Just a reminder for future bookers to take a tea towel, hand towels, bath towels, soap, and shower gel. Parking - just to be aware that parking is not directly outside the caravan. There is no path, just grass to get across from carpark to caravan.

+Great location everything on door step which was good for my mother in law as on a mobility scooter also flat so great for her to get around. Everything was clean and tidy and didn't need to take bedding as provided.
−The power of the shower wasn't the best, but suppose you expect that in caravans. The single beds not ideal for grown up kids as not wide enough in one bedroom. But for a few nights you can cope.
