“They not care about the customers”
−We have been staying at this hotel for three years, but this was definitely our last visit. On all three nights of our stay, we were woken up in the middle of the night by the guests in the adjoining room returning after a night of partying, making loud phone calls and shouting, preventing us from sleeping and getting the rest we needed. Each time, we contacted reception to report the disturbance, explicitly asking them to pass the matter on to the manager as well. Despite our repeated complaints, not a single member of management bothered to contact us before our departure to offer an apology or, at the very least, try to find a solution. This is simply disgraceful behaviour for a 4-star hotel, where guests should be able to expect professionalism, customer care and a basic level of respect for their peace and quiet. We arrived hoping to relax and enjoy a pleasant stay; unfortunately, we are leaving feeling more stressed than when we arrived.

“Don't stay in room 502 Aria Bangkok”
+The Location was great handy for everything, and the staff were lovel. Breakfast was good also. .
−Room 502 awful and dark ,overlooking a building site and really noisy at night. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The shower had no power at all Very disappointed. Tried one of the bathrobes on and had to take it off again as it felt damp and smelt strange The towels felt hard.

“Overall, it was a wonderful stay with excellent housekeeping, a lively location, and exceptionally friendly, helpful sta”
+Housekeeping was top-notch, and the location was excellent, with something happening around the clock. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist.
−Since the hotel is located in one of Bangkok’s busiest areas, traffic can be quite heavy, especially if you’re using Grab or Bolt for transportation. The elevators can also get crowded at night, and there may be some noise from nearby construction work in the morning, particularly if you prefer sleeping in until 10 AM.
