−“Misleading Listing, Unprofessional Host, Unbearable Heat” Photos were completely inaccurate , there was no balcony, no AC, and not even a window, despite the listing showing otherwise. The heat inside was unbearable, making it impossible to rest comfortably. When I raised these issues, the host was unprofessional and made little effort to make things right, showing more interest in collecting the city tax than addressing my concerns. Overall, a deeply disappointing stay.

“Really bad experience.”
+The person who was cleaning asked to pay again the total fee where we already paid. I did not pay the person was not aware of any payment already made. The person who was cleaning was also not nice and rude. Overall the room was difficult to breathe the windows was above not reachable to open and air fan was not helping. The location of the place and instructions how to get there were not clear for me at all!!!

“Nice stay with some little inconveniences”
+The location was amazing. The staff was helpful, when we couldn't find the apartment.
−First we got a room in a private apartment but for the last night we had to move to another apartment. It was hard finding the second apartment because there was no sign on the door and the address was not clear, so it took quite some time. The shared bathroom did not provide enough toilet paper and soap.

+The location would be ok for those who love noisy parties
−1) We had to wait the host for 40 minutes for check in procedure. Even though we had informed him 30 mins before our arrival as was requested. 2) Our room door locker didn’t work. The staff didn’t manage to fix it. All in all, we had to spent a night with an open room! 3) We were offered a 70 euro discount. But we didn’t receive this money. 4) The accommodation is absolutely not ready for guests: - construction waste and rubbish is everywhere; - people are sleeping in the common area instead of their own bedroom; - the smell of something rotten is felt even before entering the apartment; - only 1 plug in the room: so it’s impossible to charge 2 phones at the same time, watch TV or use hairdryer. 5) The staff is agressive and non-negotiable. Fernando is totally incompetent and rude. He threatened me in the messages in WhatsApp.

−Der Vermieter war ganz böse und hat uns falsche Schlüssel gegeben und musste wir bis 23 Uhr draußen bleiben.

+La ubicación, estaba bastante cerca del centro y de mis puntos de interés.
−Todo lo demás estuvo fatal, empezando por el baño: olía mal, se inundaba al ducharse, estaba sucio; todas las áreas comunes estaban llenas de basura y olían a cannabis. El responsable de hacer el check in fue impuntual y no se presentó para hacer el check out. Y la descripción de la habitación no corresponde a lo que nos encontramos.En general, un desastre.
