+The owner didnt speak english but very welcoming. They dont provide heater in the room but we can request and they will send right away to your room. Since we need to leave early in the morning, they even provide early breakfast to our doorstep. We are so grateful and have a great stay. Plus point: The view from the accom is great during sunrise!

−First thing, photo is wrong, nothing related to eagle hunting, also location is bad no taxis and said it was lake side it’s not. Importantly there was no option to pay card

−What I didn’t like: 1. Unfriendly staff Two of the staff members were not friendly or welcoming. Their responses to our questions came across as cold and uninterested. As paying guests, we expected a more professional and courteous attitude. 2. Extremely slow WiFi The WiFi was incredibly slow , honestly, it felt like being connected to the internet in the prehistoric era. 😅 3. Payment method was not as agreed Before our arrival, we double-confirmed that payment could be made by debit or credit card, and this was confirmed by the property. However, upon arrival, we were told that cash payment was required. This was inconvenient and should have been communicated clearly before our arrival. If the payment method changes, guests should be informed in advance.

“Lovely Stay”
+Spacious and clean rooms. Thick blankets provided. Clean toilets. Hot water showers with good water pressure. Quiet at night. Small kitchen facilities with microwave, plates/bowls and utensils available.
−No fans or AC in the room can make it a little stuffy, even with the windows open. No towels provided.

+Was in a nice quiet spot just a 20min walk away from a nice beach and had a good view of the mountains. Facilities were good and beds were comfortable.
−There wasn't much nearby in terms of cafés or restaurants. The hosts could have been more approachable.

+Petite maisonnette qui a le mérite d’être assez confortable, on s’y sent chez soi. Le lit est confort, la salle de bain toute neuve, et le balcon avec sa vue sur le lac et les montagnes est très appréciable. Ne soyez pas surpris si quelques amis insectes vous rejoignent une fois la nuit tombée… L’emplacement est agréable pour sa proximité avec les plages d’Issy Kul (10 minutes à pieds), mais on est un peu loin de Bokonbayevo (compter 600 soms de taxi aller-retour pour rejoindre le centre). Petit dej un peu light et pas de wifi.

+Понравилось только само озеро Иссык Куль! В принципе ради него и приехал!
−Все, кто планирует сюда приехать, советую хорошенько все изучить! Ужасное расположение, до Озера надо спускаться по крутому склону и идти так 1 км до пляжа по камням, это первое! Второе, само село Тон очень скучное, очень мало кафе, поесть можно только на пляже,очень не удобно. 3 вывески гостевого дома нет, еле нашел его. Хозяева абсолютно не общительны, обслуживают в основном девочки подростки, которые ни английский, ни русский толком не знают! Интернет работал слабо, а на ночь так вообще пропадал, постель старая, застиранная, возможно ее и не меняли после последнего клиента. Уважаемые друзья- советую всем искать варианты в Каджи Сае, там намного круче и лучше пляж!! Я до этого 2 раза жил там и в этом году решил тут остаться, о чем жалею((

+We stayed at the little wooden hut and it was lovely. It had lake views. The breakfast was also really nice. They helped us arrange a taxi to Bokonbayevo.

−The bathrooms were questionable - the toilet in one of them could not flush and the water ran cold in the shower when someone was in the other shower.
