“Mediocre contemporary facility in prime location”
+Location, helpful staff
−There is no heated towel rail in the bathroom, so it remains damp. The bathroom door does not seal properly, allowing moisture and odours to enter the room. The rooms are on the third floor of an ordinary apartment building with a foul-smelling entrance, dirty lifts and a variety of people coming and going.

+Friendly and helpful staff. Allowed me to check in early after arriving early into Milan after a long haul flight. Location was perfect. Close to everything but still quiet.
−I booked the smallest room which was small but fine for one person.
