+The location of the hotel is perfect. 30 minutes walking till Hagia Sophia or 5 minutes till tram station. The room was big enough and the beds very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you come by car they help yoi parking it...25 euros per night. I also liked the view from the restaurant which is situated at the 7th floor. The breakfast was ok. They also have a restaurant down stairs and the food is excellent.
−Well there was a smell at the bathroom ...

+We had a wonderful stay! The staff were amazing, extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Serkam and to the lovely lady who was at the reception and also helped during breakfast - they really made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is great, very comfortable, and the location is excellent. Everything was convenient and easy to reach. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!
−Unfortunately, our experience with the spa was quite disappointing. We booked a spa package and had two massages scheduled at the same time. During a significant part of the massage, the therapists were talking to each other, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the experience. At no point were we offered anything to drink, and we were also required to pay for the entire service in cash in advance, before any of the treatments had even taken place. After we finished, no one from the spa staff asked us how the experience was or whether we were satisfied. Compared to the excellent and very friendly hotel staff, the spa staff unfortunately left a completely different impression. The service felt impersonal and unprofessional, and the spa itself was nothing particularly special. Overall, the spa experience was definitely the disappointing part of our stay.
