+The place was well air-conditioned and clean on arrival.
−The apartment is very bare bones and quite uncomfortable. There were ants everywhere and no cleaning supplies available. The beds were also quite uncomfortable and we had no privacy with our apartment right by the pool. The surrounding neighborhood is also quite tacky.

“Great location but too noisy.”
+Proximity to the beaches -2. The apartment complex has a great restaurant, great. Appartement clean.
−Too many children during our stay ruined the peace. From 9 to 21hs non stop children screaming. I would suggest if this is not your vibe not to go high season also, advertise you are a family friendly complex would help others decide better. Also everything is digital, no staff on premises.

+The apartments are as expected, roomy with everything you can expect at a place like this. The pool is great, but it can be noisy if you get an apartment close to it. Location is fine, not far from the beach. Many restaurants and shops are also nearby.
−I had the "pleasure" of trying both a downstairs and an upstairs apartment for a couple days. The downstairs one was a bit noisy if you are sensitive to sound. You can hear the footsteps from above. In the bedroom, you can hear water running down the pipes in the walls when neighbours are showering or using the toilet. The upstairs apartment is quieter, but the AC could not really cool it down properly, which is somewhat understandable in summer heat, but it can be a problem nonetheless.

“If they fix the internet, we'll come again!”
+The owner was very kind, helped organize a transfer, and when we were heading home, allowed us to leave our suitcase at reception. The location is perfect, close to the wonderful Cala Agulla beach, and there are also plenty of restaurants and shops within easy reach. The pool is great too. For the beach you can use inflatable mattresses and umbrellas.
−The worst thing is the wifi. There was only a signal in one corner of the room, and even that was weak and kept dropping. So not only was watching a movie impossible, even writing an email was a challenge. The TV isn't a smart TV, even though in 2026 that should really be standard by now. But that would need internet too, of course... In our room there was a strange bump on the floor in the middle of the room, with the tiles sticking up, which is quite dangerous. The receptionist who's there every day is nice, but doesn't speak English, which makes communicating with him/her very difficult. It's also hard to find them, since they're almost never at the reception.

“Très bon logement au calme”
+Prise de l'appartement très rapide et sans état des lieux. Le logement est très bien situé pour aller à la plage à pieds (600m) et au centre ville. Petit commerce dont supérette juste à côté. Malgré le centre ville, la résidence est très calme, bien entretenue et la piscine est agréable avec ses transats. Logement propre, confortable. Très bonne adresse pour cette petite résidence si vous cherchez le calme.

“Très logement pour une famille qui cherche à rayonner vers l'Est et le Nord de l'ile”
+Excellent emplacement, puisqu'à pied : à 5 min de la plage, 10-15 min du port, 1 min de supermarché Piscine accessible toute la journée jusqu'à tard le soir, très kid friendly Belle vue sur la piscine depuis notre appartement Logement très fonctionnel avec des plaques de cuisson, tous les ustensiles/assiettes/verres/machine à café/grille pain/casseroles (etc) nécessaires pour cuisiner, un réfrigérateur/congélateur, Un beau balcon sur lequel on pouvait manger à 4 dessus (nous étions à l'étage ; les personnes au RDC ont aussi une belle terrasse) Des parasols, jeux de piscines et BBQ sont mis à disposition Le ménage peut y être fait tous les jours L'hôte a été disponible sur Whatsapp pour répondre aux questions
−Matelas dans le salon peu confortables, mais ok pour des jeunes enfants Porte de la cuisine vers le balcon peu occultant et sans rideau : pensez à apporter votre masque de nuit Des fourmis qui entrent depuis la porte d'entrée : il faut faire attention à bien faire le ménage tous les jours

“Agradable y relajante”
+La ubicación es buena, cerca de la playa y en una zona tranquila. La piscina está muy limpia, con hamacas y sombrillas disponibles.
