+Lovely setting in a garden and views across the valley. Very comfortable and spacious apartment with all the modern conveniences. Gracious hosts.
−It’s a fair way out of town so you need a car and the road leading to the property is very narrow.

+It was very clean and the hosts were really nice and helpful! The drive is quite narrow (but doable with a normal pkw) a bit up a hill but the view is worth that.

“Lovely accommodation in a quiet relaxing location, with good access to Florence and Lucca”
+The accommodation was modern, clean and tastefully decorated. The size and space of the room was really good with 2 air con units covering living and sleeping areas. Large outside balcony, sitting area with seats/couch and umbrella was lovely to relax after a long hot day, the shade was definitely necessary, and sunny until sun goes down over side trees in evening. Views are lovely, and nice garden, grounds to walk around. If you don't intend on 'cooking' then the small kitchen area, fridge and microwave are ideal for breakfasts. No sink in that area meant using the bathroom sink and was difficult for larger items, but owners requested we leave dirty dishes on tray and they would wash. Owners were helpful and pleasant, we had to use google translate for a few things, which worked well. The location is remote, not immediately close to any restaurants but local towns in either direction were busier with Montecatini a nice tourist spot and Pescia good for the train into Florence or Lucca. A car is definitely recommended.
−Everything was as expected, perhaps the lack of a sink in the kitchen, or more utensils for preparing food would be good, but overall we managed with what was there for the 3 nights and eating out late afternoon before returning to relax. We didn't see a washing machine, but as was start of our trip it wasn't needed, and we didn't ask.

+The hosts were the most friendly people. We could arrive a bit earlier and were welcomed with cake and coffee. The accomodation has everything you need and was SUPER neat.

+J'ai tout aimé, tout y est parfait ! Un petit coin de paradis Je mets 10/10 à tout. Une propreté irréprochable, l'odeur des draps et serviettes, la qualité de la literie et les coussins, le calme, la décoration des lieux. L'accueil souriant, accueillant et discret des propriétaires qui nous font sentir desuite chez nous. Nous venons souvent en Toscane pour son charme, à Montecatini pour voir nos amis, maintenant nous aurons une raison de plus pour venir plus rapidement retrouver ce petit cocon que nous propose ces merveilleux hôtes. Nous avons ramené un peu de ce lieu chez nous en achetant leur délicieuse huile d'olive, je vous la recommande. Enfin je ne devrais pas faire autant d'éloges de ce si bel endroit car je n'aurai plus de place pour y revenir.

+Questo agriturismo é un angolo di paradiso. La casina é una chicca in mezzo al verde, stra pulita e profumata!! Al risveglio una colazione da sogno e i proprietari sono di una gentilezza e disponibilità infinita la!! Un incontro fantastico

“Esempio di ospitalità!”
+Ti senti praticamente a casa! :) Super-accoglienza da parte dei proprietari Giampiero e Antonella, davvero gentili e ospitali! Struttura poco fuori dal paese ma molto tranquilla e con una splendida vista. La stanza è molto ampia e luminosa, pulitissima e gradevolmente profumata. Tutto è tenuto molto bene, non manca praticamente niente. Letto comodo. Colazione molto buona, con caffè della moka (o dalla macchinetta del caffè con capsule incluse), cornetti, frutta e yogurt.
−La strada di accesso (generalmente stretta) passa attraverso un arco stretto e basso. Consiglio una macchina non più alta di 1.90m. A parte questo, tutto perfetto! :)

“Wunderschöner Aufenthalt c”
+Außergewöhnlich sympathische Gastgeberfamilie! Tolles Ambiente. Sehr ansprechende und ausreichende Ausstattung. Sehr sauber. Auf Wunsch Verkostung und Erläuterungen zu Olivenanbau etc. Immer dezent, liebenswürdig und äußerst hilfsbereit; hatten zB abends mal eine Reifenpanne, Gastgeber haben sich unermüdlich sofort gekümmert.
