−Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We paid in cash and were owed $10 in change, but the staff did not have enough cash to return it. We contacted the camp via WhatsApp and Instagram, and although we were told the issue would be reviewed, we have received no further response or refund. It is disappointing to have to chase money that belongs to us. I would have expected better customer service and accountability.

“Fantastic room and relaxing atmosphere away from the madness of Marrakesh. Staff need some work!!”
+Absolutely loved how remote it felt. The room was fantastic & very clean - we even got upgraded (although no one communicated that to us!). The pool area was fantastic and the steps up to the ‘hill’ where we watched sunset was fun
−The staff! Reception when we arrived were pretty dismissive - understand that there were many checking in at the same time but we were told quite sternly to take a seat and wait our turn & we were still waiting when everyone else had gone! Had to summon up the courage to approach the desk again to ask. We weren’t given a wristband to show that we were staying at the camp until we asked about it the next morning. The bar staff and waiting staff were ok but I think if you are selling yourself as a luxury destination then this needs to be improved on. Cocktails definitely need a bit of work!

“It was a dream come true.”
+Agafay Luxury Camp truly exceeded my expectations. Waking up to a panoramic view of the open desert from the bedroom is something I’ll never forget. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony was incredibly peaceful , one of those rare moments where everything feels still. The accommodation was outstanding. The luxury tent was spacious and beautifully designed, the bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the shower , with its window overlooking the desert , was such a unique touch. Every detail made the stay feel special. I would highly recommend.

+We booked the private pool one. Amazing experience, I had read that the pool is very cold in the night, something which is untrue. It was VERY warm. Also, Kamel from the restaurant was very friendly and would guide us to wherever. One of the highlights was the general manager of the hotel, Azzelarab. Kind, smiling always and ready to help us whenever. If it was me I’d give him a raise! Highly recommend!

“Superbe séjour, personnel chaleureux et magnifique lieu !”
+La chambre était magnifique et la vue était superbe ! Le personnel était accueillant et très attentionné !
−La piscine était froide et le buffet du petit-déjeuner n’était pas suffisamment varié à mon goût.

+Emplacement idyllique, perdu dans un désert ! Calme absolu, soirée animée le soir, repas bon mais service lent, vue incroyable avec de magnifiques couché de soleil !
−Service lent pour les restaurants
