“Dishonest reception”
−"My main complaint about this hotel is not the room, the Wi-Fi, or even the maintenance problems. Those things can happen in almost any hotel. My main complaint is that I repeatedly received promises from reception that, in my experience, meant absolutely nothing. The Wi-Fi in my room was terrible and extremely unstable. I reported it to the woman at reception. She assured me that she would contact the IT Service Desk, have the problem investigated, and get back to me. Nothing happened.
