+Close to train station
−650 euro for 4 nights plus we paid an other 48 euro city tax when we arrived to the owner was Too expensive for a very small room with no breakfast

+The location is excellent, but the cleanliness was extremely poor. The elevator, the shared entrance, and the apartment itself were all very dirty. There was also an overwhelmingly unpleasant smell in the corridors and, to a lesser extent, inside the apartment. The bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property to others. The only positive aspect, apart from the excellent location, was the young man from Senegal who coordinated our stay; he was very kind and helpful.

“Great stay”
+I really enjoyed my stay. The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transport and everything I needed during my time in Rome. The area is lively and perfect if you want to explore the city easily. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a great base for discovering Rome. The staff were also incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful :) Definitely I will book again ✨

“Friendly staff and good air condition”
+A couple of minutes from the railway station Roma Termini, which is very useful for those who is going to use often trains to discover Rome area. Good air condition. Very friendly staff that cleans the room every day (not usual thing for this type of accommodation).
−The street is very busy, with homeless people. The door downstairs was broken (it was open all the time) and we met on our floor strange man that was trying to enter our BnB without booking or keys.

“Bueh..., sí pero no”
+La ubicación, la enorme y cómoda cama y que el encargado nos ofreció quedarnos en lugar de en el Affittacamere Regio en el Affittacamere Rojo (de la misma propiedad), que es el que en realidad estoy valorando. Le agradezco mucho el detalle. Nos dijo el encargado que el Affittacamere Rojo, donde en realidad nos quedamos, era más nuevo y "el doble de caro" aunque no nos cobró la diferencia. Para una noche vale, para una estancia más larga, no; así que doy por supuesto que en el Affittacamere Regio ni hablar a pesar del pomposo nombre
−El sitio estaba situado en un edificio antiguo, con las habitaciones renovadas y tenía buena pinta a primera vista, pero falló en limpieza, hecha como con prisas y sin "cariño", notándose que la deficiente limpieza no fue algo puntual sino habitual. Al abrir la ventana de la habitación, que daba a un espacio cerrado aunque a cielo abierto, entraba un fuerte olor a comida de las cocinas de los restaurantes que daban a ese mismo espacio. Si este era "el doble de caro" y más nuevo, no me quiero imaginar cómo sería el Affittacamere Regio que era el que nos hubiese correspondido
