“Exactly next to Termini train station”
+Great location if you’re looking to stay close to the train station. We stayed for just one night, so this was really convenient for us. The main attractions are about a 30-minute walk away. Just a small note: the photos can make it look like the room has a private kitchen, but the kitchen is actually shared with guests staying in the other rooms.
−Overall, the room was nice and clean , I’d give the cleanliness a 9/10. The only thing I would suggest is replacing the towels with newer ones. :)

“Good as a crash pad for a night if you are catching a train next morning”
+Close to the central train station
−The host insisted i must study a multi page document with their strict rules and instructions. Any requests are a flat no. It’s a dodgy and noisy area, I caught people preparing drugs on the bonnet of my car parked out the front.

“Great vacation and very convenient for short stay if you need to be close to train station”
+We had a very convenient stay in Rome, especially because of the location. The apartment is very close to Roma Termini Station and also just a short walk from the bus that goes directly to the airport, which made getting to the airport very easy. The apartment itself is nice and comfortable, although not very large. Our room had a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate bedroom, a small refrigerator, TV, and air conditioning. There is also a shared dining area and kitchen. Overall, this is a great option if you are looking for a convenient place to stay near Termini Station with easy access to public transportation and the airport. The location was definitely one of the biggest advantages.
−No a/c in shared kitchen and dining room

“Great location - highly recommend”
+Great convenient location - clean place. Very safe with multiple doors for security
−It was all very good but the only criticism is that the shower drains slowly so water filled up quickly at the base
