“LIED TO, TOOK MY MONEY, AND REJECTED ME AT CHECK IN. DON'T STAY!!!”
+DO NOT STAY HERE! The host is horrible. The host took my money and wouldn't let me check in. I had set up months IN ADVANCE to check in at a certain time. Not until I flew across the world and notified the host I was picking up my rental car and coming to check in, I was told that I COULD NOT CHECK IN because THE HOST would be going to bed. The host literally took my money and told me I couldnt' check in, even with setting this up beforehand. The host(woman) said it was my fault, and I was out of luck. I have traveled the world and never had a HORRIBLE experience like this before. Literally lied to me, took my money, and then rejected me at checkin!

−The owner isn't welcoming people, she will ask you to check-in after 9pm (not before) and asks you to leave the house before 9am (because her children are in the house and she don't want to have foreign people around when her children wake up), it's not a guest house, the whole family lives there so no intimacy at all. They just give you a room for overnight and they don't want to see you in the day. Expect the room, nothing is shared with guests. It's like a prison with a window. No access to the kitchen neither to the garden, you will not be able to walk in. Nobody there speaks English, and they keep yealing in Italian even they know u don't understand Italian. The children are very noisy in the morning. It could be better but the owner she is just unhappy person. Not welcoming at all.

−We stayed about two weeks in varies booking properties in this region. All similar prices. This one by far is the worst. Keep looking, you will find other options with similar price but way better experience. This place has potential but issues below need to be addressed. 1. Stinky and humid - very musty due to poor ventilation. There is no screen on the window and the surroundings have lots of mosquitoes. The host recommend us keeping the window closed to keep out the bugs. They plugged in a few chemicals fragrance in the wall to help with the smell. But the place just smelled even more weird. There is no fan at all in the bathroom. 2. Lack of privacy in the bathroom - no shutters and only a REALLY thin curtain. 3. Uncomfortable bed - very hard old school spring mattress. 4. restrictive check in time - a fixed 7-9pm window 5. Host with obsessive compulsive behaviour - she came in and occupied the kitchen to clean when I was in the middle of cooking breakfast and everything on the stove, when she had the option to clean the guest room first. Not to mention I will clean up after myself when cooking is completed. She came and turned off the kitchen fan when I had the stove off for 2

“Bathroom was not user friendly, very small shower that you could hardly move around”
+There was no breakfast, location was good for our needs.
−Breakfast was not included, very disappointed as there was a kitchen there, yet there was absolutely nothing available ie: cups plates cutlery, no coffee or tea making facility. She had a fridge but it wasn't even plugged in. The closest bar was about 6/7min walk away. At time of booking we specified our arrival time was between 3pm to 4pm, we arrived there at approximately 3pm & she wasn't there, we then rang her at about 3.45pm and she told us that check in was between 7pm to 9pm. She also had a large dog which was not advertised on her booking sites which I found very disturbing as my wife is frightened of dogs. As it turned out she was friendlier than the owner.
