“AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!”

−Absolutely Appalling Experience , Over $200 Per Night for Prison-Like Accommodations and Disgraceful Treatment of a Guest with a Disability I cannot adequately express how disappointing, uncomfortable, and downright unacceptable our experience was at this hotel. For more than $200 per night, I expected at least a clean, comfortable room and basic courtesy. Instead, we received accommodations that resembled a prison cell and treatment from the manager/owner that was absolutely appalling. The rooms had cold, gray cinder-block walls that gave the entire place an institutional, prison-like atmosphere. The soundproofing was virtually nonexistent. We could hear people in neighboring rooms and throughout the hallways at all hours of the day and night. The carpeting was sticky and actually made a crunchy sound when walked on. The beds were uncomfortable, and the sheets were thin, worn, and appeared long overdue for replacement. Nothing about this property justified its nightly rate. +The room was very clean as was the entire establishment. The employees were very kind and helpful. It’s an older establishment so keep that in mind. If kind people and a clean space to sleep at a reasonable price is what you are looking for, I would recommend.

“Should have been a good stay but it went BAD.”
−The “GM” was insensitive and resorted to personal insults toward my wife and me over a $10 fee discrepancy which was approved and discussed with the staff when we checked in.
