“orrible”
+nothing, i’ve never stayed in a more horrible place than this. The photo are not the same as the room they gave to you. The A/C was not working, the sheets were not clean as well as the towel in the bathroom. The shower was more like a feet shower and it was broke. We found few cockroaches in our bed. In addition the communication with the property wasn’t good, when we arrive we didn’t have one pillow and we asked the owner if we could get one more and she told us to open another room and grab it by myself. It was the most terrifying experience of my life, never stayed in a more disgusting place.

“This ain’t a Ferrari , but it’s got AC and it’s clean!”
+Honestly, we loved it. Was it fancy? Nope. Was it perfect for a beach holiday? Yes! The self check-in was fast and easy with clear instructions and a video from the host. Room was spotless and super close to everything. It’s private, quiet, and about a minute walk to the beach. I think some folks expect butlers and chandeliers at hostel prices. This place is like a trusty Kia , gets you where you need to go, no fuss!

“1-minute to the beach, 0 drama!”
+The best thing? Location. One minute walk to the beach , I counted. The room was clean, AC worked, bed was comfy. Self check-in was smoother than a cold frappe on a hot day. Got a video on WhatsApp with all the instructions. So easy. Some people wrote negative stuff, but I’m convinced they thought they were booking the Santorini Four Seasons for €40 a night 😂. This place gives you exactly what it promises , and more.

“Expectations: Ferrari. Reality: Clean Kia that runs great.”
+Honestly, we knew we weren’t booking a palace, and this place was exactly what we hoped for , clean, private, and right by the beach. The check-in process was top-notch. We messaged the host on WhatsApp and got a video walkthrough. Super smooth. The room was comfy, AC worked fine, and it was quiet at night. Some people complain, but honestly, they probably got confused and thought they booked a honeymoon suite. 😂 This place is simple and solid.

“Perfect if your expectations are realistic”
+We had a great experience. The host was responsive and check-in was a breeze thanks to the video they sent. Room was basic but really clean, bed was decent, and AC worked well. It’s a short stroll to the beach and you can grab food and drinks nearby. Some of the low reviews are just silly , like, people expecting 5-star luxury for 2-star prices. This place is perfect for what it is: affordable, clean, and well located.

“Great place if you’re not expecting a Greek palace”
+Stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The room was clean, AC worked fine, and check-in was super easy. Just messaged the host and got everything , even a video! Location is the best part: literally 1 minute from the beach and close to all the food spots. It’s not luxurious, but honestly, what do you expect at this price? I think some people expect Zeus himself to carry their luggage. 😂 I’d definitely come back.

+Just arrived at Aegean Studios Perissa and loved how straightforward the self check‑in was,no front desk, just a WhatsApp video with instructions and you're in,brilliant! As soon as we stepped inside, the room looked spotless, like someone vacuumed the sand off the walls (even though we hadn’t brought any). The location is ridiculously good: cafés, shops, and the beach literally in under 2 minutes walking. We headed down to the black‑sand shore in seconds. Everything we needed was a few steps away,super convenient. Great Wi‑Fi, air‑con, and a comfy bed. Ideal spot if you want minimal fuss and maximum beach time, without compromising on cleanliness or location magic.

“A gem for beach lovers (not for drama queens)”
+Loved the location , one minute to Perissa Beach and surrounded by nice cafés and little shops. Room was super clean, and check-in was so easy with the video the host sent. No waiting, no keys, no drama. Some reviews made me laugh , like, people expected a Michelin-star restaurant downstairs or something. This is a clean, affordable studio with great vibes. That’s it. That’s the deal. 😄!

“Ferrari dreams on a scooter budget 😅”
+Seriously don’t understand the bad reviews. We knew what we were booking , a clean, affordable studio steps from the beach. Not a spa resort in santorini. Check-in was easy (thanks to a WhatsApp video), and the host replied super fast. Room was spotless and the location is A+. You want room service and silk sheets? Maybe book a luxury suite and not a budget gem like this. If you’re a normal traveler who just wants clean, comfy, and close , this place is perfect.
