+Great staff and excellent location.
−The breakfast room was quite smelly so we didn’t end up having breakfast there even though we had paid for it.

“Good location and pretty hotel.”
+Location and very pretty
−Booked the Executive double room specifically because it stated that it had a bath. Apparently, there are two types of Executive Suites , one with a bath and one without. You’re just expected to magically know that you need to specifically request the one with a bath, even though the listing says it’s included! A little more clarity in the booking description would have saved a lot of frustration. The receptionist said we could swop the next day but we were only staying 2 nights.

“Friendly staff”
+Location, friendly staff. Shower good
−Towels could be a bit bigger. Bath, as suggested available, would have been nice. Sound proofing could be a bit better. Bedside lamps not good enough to read by for us aged guests
