−Essential medication ruined - no apology, no compensation, no responsibility We entrusted seven packages of Plegridy, an expensive prescription medication for multiple sclerosis, to Adonis Hotel staff for refrigerated storage. We repeatedly explained that the medication must be stored between +2°C and +8°C and must never be frozen. The receptionist wrote down these instructions and assured us that everything would be fine, promising to return the medication if suitable storage was unavailable. Despite this, hotel staff placed all seven packages in a freezer at approximately −16°C. The following day, an employee admitted that they had made a mistake. According to the manufacturer's instructions, Plegridy must never be frozen, making all seven packages unusable and causing significant financial loss. The hotel could have simply refused to store our medication. We would have found another way to keep it safe. Instead, they accepted it, assured us it would be properly stored, and then showed a complete lack of care for something essential to our health. “City hotel with amazing sea view”
+The sea views are stunning! We really enjoyed taking in the views from the pool area and the "beach". It's probably worth booking a sea-view room if you can. Our side-sea-view room had a partial view of the sea, but nothing quite like the stunning views from the pool area. Rooms facing the city can be a bit noisy due to the busy traffic. The hotel is in a lovely neighbourhood, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars. Supermarkets and public transport are also easy to find, and there's a lovely coastal walkway nearby, perfect for a stroll along the seafront.
−I'm not saying it's a bad hotel at all, but we had just come from a 5-star ultra-all-inclusive resort before arriving at Adonis Hotel, so it felt like stepping into a completely different world. It's more of an old-fashioned city hotel. I got the impression that most of the guests were from Turkey or neighbouring countries. Compared with the resort we had stayed at previously, it's much quieter, with fewer staff around, a more limited selection of food and drinks, and hardly any activities. Free Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby, and surprisingly, the indoor swimming pool has cold water. I'm not criticising the food selection at all. I'd say it's perfectly sufficient, with enough variety to fill our stomachs and make choosing easy. Also, there's very little difference in price between the all-inclusive, half-board and breakfast-only options. My advice would be to go for all-inclusive if you enjoy having a few drinks or snacks throughout the day, even if you don't need lunch.

“Comfortable stay with decent food and facilities suitable for the price”
+The staff were lovely, good selection at breakfast, lunch and dinner, although it will get a bit boring after a few days. Hotel was a bit dated but very clean and decent facilities.
−Internet connection is paid for. Only free internet is in the lobby which was too slow. The bed was a bit soft and bumpy but ok.
