“Decent hotel”
+The breakfast was fine and the location was quiet.Staff are on hand 24hrs to assist. We arrived earlier than the check in time and our room was ready which was great. I caught a cold and the staff really assisted by giving fresh ginger , honey and lemon. That was an extra touch which we appreciated.
−We booked a double room and on arrival there was only 1 bottle of water and 1 cup for tea. When we queried this the staff initially didn’t understand what the fuss was about. This was rectified but it was a hit and miss with some days back to default of 1 bottle of water and 1 cup. There had serious power issues during the week we stayed. Issues with their inverter etc meant power flickering on and off. My main big issue was being told that the AC can’t be used for a particular time as power is off. For Nigeria a warm country that is not on. The owner needs to look into this policy and review it.
