“Dirty, dated, over priced”
+No breakfast offered. Over priced for a dated, dirty motel room on a monday night
−Everything was old , dated, cob webs hanging from ceiling above bed , black mold in bathroom . For $175 a night should have at least been clean. Just gross

“Accommodations as expected for a rustic lodge of its age.”
+Location to places we wanted to visit.
−Tub drained really slow when showering, coffee machine in room didn't really work well.

“Nice hotel for the price. Would have upgraded to a newer room if we had the money to do so.”
+Location to downtown Old Forge was perfect!
−Mold on the shower curtain, in the grout along the bathtub and along the baseboards in the room. There was also a large hole in the floor in the corner of the door jamb going out to the balcony. There was no one at the front desk when we checked out, the office was closed.

“Beautiful crisp weather, lots of deer roaming around and wonderful shopping.”
+The Lodge is centrally located to all amenities in Old Forge.
−Really only complaint’s that we had was the stairs and the toilet’s. The toilet was too low, really need comfort height toilet’s, for people who have issues with getting up and down.

“I would check the bed if I stay there again”
+Convenience Room was fine Clean
−Nothing was amiss, but the king size mattress was of two different heights as if it were two mattresses together though I did not check it and the concierge said that would not be so, but it was not comfortable as a king bed should be.

+Felt comfortable overall. Early check in was nice too.
−There were some minor repairs to the room that could have been fixed (tile in bathroom, better shower head, carpet a bit worn but not terrible).
