“Location is in Ragusa Superiore close to st John Baptist Cathedral not in Ibla”
+The room was clean and it was a central location in Ragusa Superiore but quite a long walk to Ibla especially in the sun. The hosts were helpful and gave us suggestions for transport and restaurants nearby.
−It did not have a lift, the private bathroom was across the kitchen and reception so we had to walk out of the room to use the bathroom. It clearly stated luggage storage on the booking site but the storage was at a nearby cafe with closing time between 1 pm and 4.30pm. On the last day we had to carry the luggage with us as the times were not suitable for our plan. Breakfast was a hot drink and a pastry from the coffee shop nearby. If you want to use the kettle you can but you need to get the coffee, milk and tea yourself. We only had 2 large towels and 2 medium ones for 2 nights and the large towel was not replaced on Sunday morning.

+La signora disponibile, garbata, mai invadente. Ottima posizione centralissima ed un plauso particolare per la pulizia e la ristrutturazione fedele allo stile ragusano eseguita con cura. Sicuramente sarà il nostro punto di riferimento per visitare

“Sehr schön, würde ich wieder buchen.”
+Es war sehr angenehm eingerichtet, und der Gastgeber hat uns äußerst freundlich empfangen. Für das inkludierte Frühstück haben wir einen Gutschein für ein traditionsreiches Café am Domplatz bekommen. Zudem konnten wir die Gemeinschaftsküche nutzen.

“Nous gardons un souvenir agréable malgré le mauvais temps.”
+Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée. Nos hôtes ont été charmants. L’endroit est bien placé à Raguse, et la pension est très propre et bien tenue. Le petit déjeuner a l’extérieur du logement s’est très bien passé.
−Nous avons eu une chambre agréable malgré la salle de bains privée extérieure. Un puit de lumière au dessus du lit occasionne une petite gêne pour le sommeil quand le jour se lève.

+Parfait emplacement dans le haut de Ragusa. Super accueil de Carole. Très bonne communication qui nous a permis de nous enregistrer en avance. Très propre et très confortable. Grande cuisine à disposition.

“Une adresse facile à trouver et c'est bien pratique quand on arrive et qu'on est pressé”
+Un très beau cadre dans un environnement historique avec des hôteliers chaleureux et bienveillants tout à fait à l'écoute qui se battent pour donner une âme à ce lieu. Équilibre entre ancien et moderne
−L'ancien qui se modernise prend du temps ce qui est tout à fait normal mais la gentillesse, l'énergie et l'écoute des gens qui reçoivent sont les choses les + importantes

“Indimenticabile”
+La posizione è centrale e facilmente raggiungibile. La camera era ampia e spaziosa con due balconi, e nonostante ci fosse aria condizionata non c'era bisogno di usarla visto il fresco della sera. la gentilezza e cortesia degli Host, sempre disponibili e con preziosi suggerimenti. La pulizia della struttura era impeccabile. Un frigo è messo a disposizione per eventuali freschi e la colazione convenzionata con un bar-pasticceria con ottimo caffè e squisiti cornetti. Fuori dalla convenzione abbiamo preso anche una granita ai Gelsi con panna eccezionale.
