+I got to the Adhara express and it was being renovated so I got sent to the Adhara hacienda in a van (no charge) which was nice, very clean and had a nice breakfast

+Very nice property in downtown Cancún that is close to the ADO terminal. Beautiful pool and garden in the inner courtyard. The rooms are spacious, quiet and very clean. The breakfast buffet is very good with plenty of hot and cold choices and a frisky and attentive staff. Altogether a very good start. The only caveat was that we were booked in a different property that we got to which was undergoing renovations -we were promptly transferred, so no harm done, just a slight delay.

+This review is for Adhara Hacienda and not Express. When we reached Express, the hotel apparently was close, and we ended up staying at the sister company, which was great

“Hotel Closed!”
+The Adhara Express is closed down. It has been gutted of electrical goods and the pool emptied. If you book when you arrive you need to find the helpful security guard who gives you a letter. She the arranged transport to a sister hotel the Adhara Cancun who accommodate you. This hotel is very nice 9/10.
−This hotel is still advertised on Booking.com as open! After a 10.5hr flight, a 40m transfer you arrive at a hotel closed up and by luck we managed to attract the attention of security guard. We received NO information about this situation. Poor.

“Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was so lovely and the breakfast was enjoyable.”
+The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. Items were also replenished quickly.
−The pillows could be softer and more comfortable and the rooms also need mini refrigerators.

“Ótimo local”
+Local limpo e bem cuidado. Acabamos ficando num hotel da rede, melhor que o que reservamos. Não tenho nenhuma reclamação, pelo contrário. Ficamos num local muito acima do esperado.
