“Lovely, comfortable room and location. Rediculously rude and unapologetic staff. Would recommend staying somewhere else”
+Nice room and facilities.
−I’ve been to 36 countries and the lady who runs this place was easily one of the top 3 rudest hosts I’ve ever experienced. Every time we passed her we waved and smiled and she glared at us and ignored us. We stayed two nights and after we returned from surfing on day two she very rudely banged on our door in such an aggressive manner we assumed there was an emergency and then absolutely screamed at us to get out of the hotel. When we showed her our confirmation which stated we paid for two nights she apologized extremely minimally and walked away. Then, when we requested breakfast 30 minutes earlier than the hours allotted because we had a scheduled taxi we were refused complimentary breakfast. This is the first bad review I’ve written in years and this lady earned it.

“Nice staff. Good room. More like a b&b than a hotel.”
+Room was nice. Bed comfortable.
−The property entrance is not good. No resemblance of a hotel or hostel.
