“Good area, felt safe, nice lounge, and luggage storage”
+It was a nice location - I felt safe walking around during the day and at night. There was a nice lounge with coffee pods and cakes and sweets etc. and a great place to store luggage in lockers while we waited to check in. We requested two single beds and they were able to accommodate. Bathroom was modern and working well, rituals body wash available to use as well - had a huge shower, big sink, big mirror which was heated so didn’t steam up, and a bidet. We were supplied with teas and coffees and a big bottle of water. Picture is view from window of hotel room at night. Would recommend!
−Nothing - quite happy!

“Disappointing, and will recommend to anyone 'NOT Acta Splendid Barcelona'.”
+Location-nearby restaurants, coffeeshops and groceries
−1. Staff- not welcoming and not guest oriented, Moses was rude when asked why we could not be given 2room card keys upon check in. He even raised his voice. 2. When we asked for pillow cases, the response was 'why'. 3. Facial tissue was not provided. 4. I left word with concierge to replenish our toilet paper before leaving for a day trip and none was provided. I had to go down and asked again after I came back.

“The rooms were clean and lovely staff but way too many issues for that standard of hotel. More 2 than 4 star”
+Location and staff
−Shower leaked. Bar fridge didn’t work and there was construction from 8am, not from the hotel but still frustrating. Oh and had to keep my curtains closed because my window was level with three apartments about 20 feet away. Also, unless I ordered a ridiculously overpriced breakfast buffet, I was not allowed to sit in the dining area or adjacent chairs with my co-traveller while she ate.
